OverviewThis 3-day seminar is intended for experienced health care practitioners, social workers, psychologists, counsellors and psychotherapists who work with adults struggling with a variety of issues, whether on short term or long term basis. This is an introductory course for those who want to incorporate the use of imagery and expressive therapies in their practise. |
All content is based on Holistic Expressive Play Therapy, an integrative approach that takes into consideration the physical, emotional, cognitive and spiritual needs of clients in therapy. This seminar will explore the many ways of helping our clients connect to their innate wisdom through the use of imagery and a variety of expressive therapies (art, sand play, storytelling, writing, sewing, etc...) to not only meet the challenges in their lives but learn and grow from them.
